How does the Nudge solution help maintain contact with former employees?

The Nudge solution allows for building a database of former employees who left on good terms (even if the company is no longer in contact with them) and engaging this community to maintain long-term involvement. Among the features that help create and sustain engagement are:
- The ability to create or join groups based on shared interests among multiple former employees
- Applying for and posting job opportunities
- Participating in exclusive events and networking opportunities
- Accessing the app’s user directory
Nudge tools are also designed to regularly re-engage users based on their interests to ensure consistent involvement.

Yes, all Nudge tools are designed to be fully GDPR compliant. Nudge prioritizes adhering to all privacy and data protection regulations.

How does Nudge protect our company's data and the data of our former employees?

Why can't I start a conversation

request to?

Nudge uses encryption methods, secure servers located in France, and strict data protection policies to ensure the security of all information. We have also appointed the company Dipeeo as the official external DPO (Data Privacy Officer) of Nudge with the CNIL. What can the company do if one of its former employees behaves inappropriately on the Nudge app?

The company can manage inappropriate behavior through the Nudge software and application. It can delete user accounts, block users, send detailed reports to Nudge for recommendations, and also review messages that have been reported as inappropriate by some users. Nudge takes the safety and well-being of its users very seriously, and each case is handled with the utmost care.
